Wow...almost a month.....

So life is pretty crazy right now. I'm currently working on getting all of the plans worked out to go to Pasadena for a conference in January. AND then I'll be going to France over spring break... and then possibly Tennesee in May (if we can find some blasted airline tickets!) and then if I get my FLTA in on time I'll be heading off to France again by October. If I start thinking about all of that traveling, I will become quite daunted and then just go crazy beyond all reason and doubt. SO I'm trying not to. I'm trying hard not to. Right now I'm just thinking about the next step. And the step after that. No leaping. My head can't handle that right now. I may never be able to handle it.

On the other side of the moon, I saw the new Harry Potter movie... Goblet of Fire. It was amazing, although they left quite a bit out from the book. I went with a friend who didn't read the books prior and I spent some time explaining a few things to her, but on the whole she enjoyed it just as much as I did. They did a wonderful job and the newest director, Mike Newell (sp?) had an interesting spin on it. The down side was that the tell tale music HP usually has, was minimal if not completely gone. But everything else was good.

Another note was that my friend Kim, tested for her purple strip in Tae Kwon Do and she passed! I knew she would, but it was wonderful to see her do a double roundhouse and break both boards on the first try! Way to go Kim!

SO....my brain just shut off... and I'm going to bed. Talk to you people later..
